2. A Special Mixture

It is composed of:

One egg

Around 4 tablespoons of natural, plain yogurt.

 

Step 1. Apply the mixture on your scalp and gently massage the entire area.

Step 2. Leave it on for around 10 minutes before rinsing with cold water.  

3. A Hot Oil Alternative

Hot oil treatment is an expensive luxury that not everyone can afford.

 

This is why as an alternative, others make use of around ¼ cup of canola or soybean oil.

 

Step 1. Place the oil in a glass container and heat it in warm water.

Step 2. Once it's hot enough, pour the oil onto your head and gently massage your scalp area.

Step 3.Leave it for around 2 minutes and then wash it off with your preferred shampoo.

 

Instead of canola oil, other people use coconut oil instead because of its multiple health properties.  

4. Avocado

Another natural remedy that can be very helpful in hair growth is avocado. This fruit is packed with loads of protein which provides extra strength for your hair.

 

Mash one whole avocado and mix it with:

Lemon juice (1 tbsp)

Sea salt (1 tsp)

Aloe (1 tbsp).

 

Step 1. Using your fingers, comb the mixture on your hair.

Step 2. After which, you can also makes use of a plastic bag or a shower cap to cover your hair so that the paste doesn’t evaporate quickly.

Step 3. Leave this mixture on for around 20 or 30 minutes. If you have a steamer at home, you can use this to cut the leave-on period by half.

Step 4. Rinse your hair thoroughly after removing the towel or shower cap.  

5. Clean Is Clear

Above all, it is necessary to keep your hair clean in order to avoid the buildup of harmful bacteria.

 

An excellent cleansing mixture can be made from:

Vinegar (1 cup)

Dried rosemary (2 tbsp)

 

Step 1. Use a microwave to heat the solution for around 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Step 2. After this, crush the rosemary and filter it so that no seeds or whole particles are left. Let it cool for a while and then use the mixture as a leave-on after taking a bath.

Step 3. Rinse your hair again after around 2 minutes of keeping it on.
