That includes blocking nutrients from reaching your follicles. So you lose hair.

 

4. Minimize the use of hair dryers and styling apparatus that heats the hair. They can damage hair strands and roots when done repeatedly.

 

5. Avoid strong shampoos and conditioners that effectively dry your hair and scalp. Styling gels and hair sprays can also adversely affect hair with chemical residues. You will need to rinse your hair everyday with shampoos which can strip away your hair’s natural oils and lead to hair dryness and eventual death. Nothing beats letting your hair down naturally.

 

6. Use only mild baby shampoos or those enriched with vitamins as they can help maintain a naturally glossy and full-bodied hair. Dilute with equal parts water to further lessen its astringent drying effects.

 

7. Cut your hair short. This can free you from unnecessary entanglements that pull hair strands as well as any styling temptations that can expose your hair to drying chemicals. Massage the scalp daily.

 

8. If improving your lifestyle don’t hack it, consult with your doctor or competent dermatologist. Hair problems are essentially scalp problems which is part of the skin.
